The project grew from engineering, operations, and business coursework into a broader product effort: a workspace where users can model supply chain structures, test disruption behavior, compare cost and service tradeoffs, and make assumptions visible for review.
About Logician
Logician is an early-stage supply chain simulation product created to make structure, tradeoffs, and disruption behavior easier to model, compare, and explain.
Created by Riley Milburn
Logician was created by Riley Milburn as a practical simulation studio for exploring how supply chain decisions behave before they are locked into the real world.
Logician is currently in alpha development, with the long-term goal of supporting both business analysis and classroom learning through the same core simulation language.
Why it exists
Supply chain decisions often become expensive before their structural tradeoffs have been made clear enough to review. The purpose of Logician is to make those decisions easier to model and easier to explain.
Where it is headed
The current focus is a serious, usable simulation platform for business planning and education use cases, without overclaiming maturity before the product and public site are ready.
